INFORMATION OBLIGATION CLAUSE IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

CVs of candidates not considered in a given recruitment process, containing consent to the processing of personal data by Efferta Pharma. only for a given recruitment process, after its completion are immediately deleted, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1).
Candidates’ CVs not processed in a given recruitment process, containing consent to the processing of personal data by Efferta Pharma for future recruitment processes, are stored for a period of 12 months.
After this period they are deleted and personal data of candidates are not processed for any other purpose.
You have the right to access your data and to correct, delete or restrict their processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to declare the withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of the aforementioned data to the competent authority for personal data protection.
The processing of your personal data in the course of the current recruitment or further recruitment processes is based on your freely given consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling in the recruitment process.
We do not send applications back. We contact only with selected persons.
