Purposes of data processing, legal basis and legally justified interests of the Administrator of personal data Your personal data are processed in order to:

  • concluding and performing the contract(s) connecting you with us- because the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract(s) (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO);
  • direct marketing of products or services, – because processing is necessary for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is the ability to carry out direct marketing;
  • surveys on satisfaction with cooperation with us or our partners and satisfaction with products or services – because processing is necessary for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is to assess the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services;
  • to research your preferences regarding the demand for products or services in our field of activity, as the processing is necessary for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is to be able to identify a catalog of products and services that may be of interest to you;
  • to establish, assert or defend against claims related to the contract(s) concluded with you or to the processing of your personal data (Article 9(2)(f))
  • to comply with our legal obligations under Union or Polish law (tax offices), as the processing in this case is necessary for the fulfilment of legal requirements to which we are subject (Article 6(1)(c) RODO)

Data storage period Your personal data will be processed for:
  • perform the contract(s) – until its/their execution, termination or expiration;
  • to establish, assert or defend against claims – until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract(s) or claims related to the processing of personal data, or until you file an objection;
  • direct marketing of products or services – until the termination or expiry of the contract(s) as long as there is a legitimate interest of ours in processing the personal data for that purpose, or until you file an objection
  • surveys of satisfaction with us or our partners and satisfaction with the products or services – up to 1 month after the termination or expiry of the contract(s) as long as we have a legitimate interest in processing the personal data for that purpose, or until you object;
  • to research your preferences regarding the demand for products or services, until the termination or expiry of the contract(s) as long as we have a legitimate interest in processing the personal data for that purpose, or until you object
  • to comply with our legal obligations – until the expiry of data retention obligations under the law.
Your rights You have the right to:
  • to access the content of your personal data, to rectify (amend, supplement) it, to limit its processing or to erase it;
  • to the portability of the personal data you have provided us with, i.e. to receive this personal data, if technically possible, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another controller. If technically possible, you have the right to request that we send the personal data directly to the other controller;
  • to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the RODO

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will not be processed by us for this purpose.

 You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • researching your satisfaction with us or our partners and your satisfaction with products or services;
  • researching your preferences regarding the demand for products or services within our field of activity;

The reason for this objection must be your particular situation. Once we have received your objection, we will stop processing your data for the purpose or purposes for which you have objected, unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending against claims.
